Characters on frostmourne

Hi, I've came back today after a 2 year break to see that all my characters are gone? Was there a complete wipe or could someone please help me recover? I've donated to buy items on here before so it'be nice to find out what happened to my characters :) Thank you

You could find it out by yourself in 10 seconds.
Frostmourne Season 1 (2020-2021) characters are gone.
Frostmourne S2 (2021-2022) are available to transfer via My Account > Services > Frostmourne S2.
Nobody maliciously deleted your characters, it was you who abandoned them. Everything was said by server staff all the time, from very start of first season.

Also just tried logging in on my chatacter on Lordaeon on my chatarter that actually appears (lvl 73 druid) but it has no nickname and when I press to log in, it just loads and then says log in failed and puts me back to choosing characters

Try several times, it will eventually ask you to give it a new name. (You can use the old name if it is still available)
