Best Alliance Race/Class/Spec good for PvE and PvP

Any suggestions what is good for both pve and pvp?

This is sort of an odd question, but the answer is human paladin, because it can do everything generally well.

Thanks again, yeah it's odd, but I wanted something that can do well both in pve and pvp, not perfect, just solid. In this case it's human paladin, I'll give it a try. Thanks a lot!
