Technical World server keep goes inative what happened

3 times in a role just right now,and we are raiding suddenly world server inactive,what is happening?

I have such problems every day, always writes the server is not available, after choosing a character

I also keep getting World Server is Down. Wait about 5 mins then login kill one mob and then freeze and kicked back out.
