Website Enable Guild Name Change on Frostmourne

I was looking to change my guild name and a GM told me it was a paid service on the website. When I try to lookup guild name change on other realms it shows the option to do so but it does not show this option on the Frostmourne realm. Was wondering if this was an oversight or set this way intentionally? Is there a specific reason why guild name change would not be allowed?

I recently acquired ownership of a guild because the main officer core is all quitting the server and I wanted to rename the guild as the current name is kind of childish i guess? But we have a full guild bank and solid roster we dont really want to reform a new guild and lose all that and would be willing to pay IRL money to warmane to avoid doing so.
