Technical Points collection not working

Hello,

I've been a member of the community for the past like 2 years, playing on and off. I don't have that many achievement points but I've always had "Good standing" since I've never been banned but still I can never collect any daily points. From what I understood from other posts, I should get +0.5 points daily for having "Good standing" but that had never happened, any idea what I can do about it?(or what I'm doing wrong)

You have to have at least 1000 achievement points on a character that is on icecrown or lordaeron to be able to collect points

Even if your account is in good standing you don't get to collect any points unless you have enough achievement points.
