Technical Logged in after long time, characters have no names and can't enter the game

Logged in after a long time (2 years maybe?) and none of my old characters have their names (on all servers).
And while I can log in (using my account) in the game, when I try to enter the game with any of my old characters, I get returned to the character selection and it says "Log in failed" :(

I made a new character and there were no problems with that one, but I REALLY REALLY want to play with my old ones. And I really don't want to level and gear up all of those again.

Once in a while there is an inactivity cleanup and gold squish.

Try entering game again. It should ask you to choose a new name on 2nd attempt.
