WotLK I cant find old characters

Hello there, i came back playing warmane with a couple friends. As i know, with the last server restart our old characters were transfered to icecrown and on the realm selection there's a "(2)" on icecrown realm but when i logg in there's none. How can i do to recover those characters? is it possible?

If you played on Frostmourne season 2, you have to transfer the characters to Icecrown using Services page: https://www.warmane.com/account/services

You have to select realm: Frostmourne - S2.

If you played on Frostmourne during season 1, those characters can no longer be transferred.

The number of characters in a realm is cached on your WoW client. It means that at some point you had characters on that realm. But it's not the characters from Frostmourne, unless you transferred them there yourself.
