Cannot log on the character
Guys here is a problem I came across, I can log on other characters but not my main, I do not know what to do, I tried reinstalling it but it did not work. Can anybody help me ?

It says my character needs to be offline even though I cannot access it :/

Close the client and wait a few minutes before trying again.
