Technical Points collection not working

Hello,

I've been a member of the community for the past like 2 years, playing on and off. I don't have that many achievement points but I've always had "Good standing" since I've never been banned but still I can never collect any daily points. From what I understood from other posts, I should get +0.5 points daily for having "Good standing" but that had never happened, any idea what I can do about it?(or what I'm doing wrong)

you can start collecting points once you have got at least 1.000 Achievement points on your accounts (characters on Frostmourne and Blackrock realms are ignored)
