You have to unequip one of the ones that you already have (empty it first) and put the new one in its place.

You know that you can't use 6 extra bags, right?
Try to disable your UI/bag addons aswel, like Bagnon. Check if you don't intrude into other bags space

If you can't equip them, make sure only the original bag's slots are used. What can't fit in there, throw in the bank. If you can equip the bags, but the bag space doesn't grow, relog.

You don't have addons? Because that really looks like xperl.

Try closing the game, deleting the cache folder, and then opening the game again.
