I have a question about the restart of seasons every 12 months, as i read our characters on high level will be send to icecrown after that (that's what i understand). Is this optional or must be required to do?

It's optional, since you have to start the transfer manually. But if you don't transfer them you won't be able to play them.
To put it another way, when the season ends, the characters are moved from frostmourne to some kind of limbo. You can choose to transfer them from the limbo to icecrown or leave them there, but they get completely removed after a while (I think one year?)

When the next season starts.
You aren't forced to transfer the characters to Icecrown, but that means forfeiting them. Those are the only two options you have.

Alright, thanks for answer (both of you)
One last question tho. If a guild was made in Frostmourne, the Leaders needs to create the guild and add everyone again? or the guild is also moved to icecrown?

Guilds aren't transferable.
