Realms Blackrock Improvement

My suggestion is simple:

Allow players to clone their characters from other Icecrown to Blackrock so they can enjoy duels with the gear they are used to playing with.
Make cloned characters ineligible for arenas or selling on Warmane Trade shop. Or even ineligible for everything other than duels.

It would effectively add a duel function to cross-realm play.

So many people I talk to agree they would play Blackrock if they could enjoy their current character on that server for dueling exclusively.
