What is the best class to start without any other characters on Lordaeron?

Doesn't matter. You can have 10 characters and they do not affect each other. Like, there are no perks or anything else that transfers or gets unlocked after reaching lvl 80 if character.
Just pick class that you enjoy and start your adventure
