Technical Video/Sound settings do not get saved

Hey everyone,

each time I start the game I have to redo the video and sound settings because they don't get saved.
How can I fix this?
My keybindings do get saved.

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
