There is no one else to blame but you. I mean seriously, you clearly knew how neutral AH works like, this is the risk you have to undertake in order to cross-faction trade, yet you did it anyway. So how's that Warmanes fault ? Why should they give you back your mount, when you knew what you were doing.
If in fact the one who sniped you was a bot, the best outcome you'll get out of this is having that bot getting banned, so rejoice, atleast you'll contribute into "cleaner" community and luckily you'll take this lesson with you.

You put something for sale at an auction house and someone bought it for the price you set. That's what action houses are for.
