1. My account got hacked and someone spent my points

    Hello community,

sorry if Im in the wrong forum section, feel free to move my topic!

So I logged in to my account and suddenly I get the error that there was a suspicious activity on my account and I need to enter my autheticator.. which I never set up. So I was wondering whats going on. I removed the autheticator with my email and in my history I've seen that my 22 coins where traded for gold...
I changed my password but the points are still gone. Is there a way to restore my 22 points? You can clearly see someone with a different IP was in my account :(

  2. So you paid 22 coins for a good lesson about account security, and then disabled 2FA. Truly wasted 22 coins.

  3. It is your fault by doing that, now you know not to do that... People cant hack your account just like that, maybe you was downloading some suspicious files for WoW and got a keylogger, never download such things to risk your account.

  5. Im not sure why you all fronting me so hard for not using an authenticator. Yes, now I got a Mail authentication. Its safer now and I should have done it earlier.

Still I dont know how he hacked my account, my mail seems fine. I changed the password now and hope the new authetication should prevent a situation like that for the future.

    Thank you.

  6. It's because there are 999 topics with the same text pretty much, don't mind it.

And about your coins, they were used in TRADE(player to player), it has no refunds and rollbacks. They are gone.
