Technical Your password expired

Hi, I tried on this website to log on an old account (with correct acc&pass), but it said that my password expired

It said that it sent me an email message that will allow me to recreate password, but I think I might no longer have access to the email address this was sent to
( I checked all my email addresses and I don't see this message that I'm supposed to have received )

I know the account name & old password. I can also name all characters on the account.
Also I think I could probably closely guess the email address that I no longer have access to, if that's the issue




Would truly appreciate to receive help for this please

Before I do though it made me realize: How can I find which email address I'm even using for this acc that I'm using now (which is my main acc) ?

I tried to search the website profile settings etc but I can't seem to find the email address displayed anywhere
( I'm not even sure which email address my main acc uses (the one I'm using right now) )
