got banned for nothing

why did my account got banned? some bot network is says.. i didnt do anything unbann me now please what the hell is happening??? i use always my normal ip, i cant make normal ban apeal its says "not valid"

If you're online and you're idle, you're banned because you're idle.
It's been about 2 weeks since I came back to play on Warmane and it's already been banned twice.
