Hi!
I have been playing Paladin for the first time, learning all Paladin available skills in the process. Recently I saw a spell "Holy shock rank2" as Unavailable in the list. My character level is OK, but the "rank 1" requirement is red, as not achieved. But "Holy shock rank1" never was in the list. I thought maybe there is a special quest for it, but couldn't find info on that. Or maybe you have to spend some talent points in Holy, but I have 13 of them in that branch already.
If someone can clear this mystery for me - it'd be greatly appreciated!
Sorry in advance if the answer to my question is obvious for everyone - not so much experience in WoW yet

no Holy Shock rank 1 - why?

You need to take the holy shock talent from the holy talent tree to get holy shock rank 1.
