WotLK Question about Frost

Hi guys. I've just started the game as a frost and know basically nothing about wow. I read that the spell "frost bolt" should be available to me since the beginning, but it does not appear to me, just the "frost armor" spell. The only spell I can do damage is a fire one.Can someone help me?

Frostbolt is first learnt at level 4. You have to talk to your class trainer.
