WotLK Deleted character

My character rogue Zefora level 35 blood elf was eliminated for no apparent reason on December 7, 2022, I would like you to give me the reason for the elimination or a way to replace the character. I have not violated any rules of the server or used any program outside it and the character has not breached the maximum time without connection since it was used often thanks for your time,

What do you mean "eliminated" ?

yes i can log in on my account but its empty i dont understand what happen

Looks like it's user error, not on the server side since character is still visible in armory. Double check the account AND the server....
