Technical Returning player

Hello

I havent played since 2019, and i had a few characters with a lot of time invested in them, my main was a lvl 80 warrior with almost full heroic ICC clear. I played on Lordaeron server. So i wonder is it possible for you to restore all i had ?
I remember my username and password that i used to log back into game, and name of most of my characters.

Please if it is possible to do that tell me, i would be gratefull

I also tried to make a ticket with this message, but i can only choose to mark ticket as ban appeal, so i decided to ask here first.
