Technical Trying to activate account

Hello, yesterday I made a second account and got an error message when I made it. I tried to do "Did not receive account activation email?" on the Login screen on the website, but keep receiving this error message:

"An error occured sending the account activation email."

I'm pretty sure the account name hasn't been already used because when I do the same "Did not receive account activation email?" with this account I am using, I get this error message instead"

"That account is not registered or has already been activated."

I opened a ticket with this account about it and was told by the GM to seek Technical Support on the forums.

Any help would be appreciated. Maybe a Staff or Moderator account I can send my account name to?
