Technical account locked/suspended but can be unlocked/for botnetwork

Hey, I had the same problem just now and solved it by changing mi internet connection to wifi (I was using mobile data when I was disconnected and blocked). Maybe it helps.

Re-secure your account by changing email/pw and enabling 2FA.

If you were banned for BotNetwork, a relog to website should fix it.

Dear Game Master. My account was blocked yesterday for the above reason. Just yesterday, my account was unblocked in a matter of minutes and I enjoyed the game. I also had an appeal yesterday, in which I described everything and then wrote that everything was fine and the account was unblocked.
Today I go to the account and it is blocked again, I did not even play today.

Happened to me too, just few minutes ago. And as i was writing a ban appeal, because i did not know whats going on, suddenly my account was unblocked again. What the hell is a BotNetwork ?

But I can prove that I am not a bot. And a slow player. I don't know why I an being accused of botting but I just have a friend that like WoW more than I do. She made a few toons to not pass me in level. :( Now my account is locked and this is killing our fun together. I don't understand why my account is suspended. I never did anything malicious. Admins please help. I just want to play.

I can confirm the same.

I was playing normally and all of a sudden I got disconnected, stating that my account was locked.

Checked on Warmane site only to find out the reason for that was me using Bot programs (which I never used in my life).

The closest to ''botting'' if I may say so was me opening 2 windows and boosting my alt in dungeons whilst simultaneously tabbing between windows (which to my knowledge is not forbidden).

My account is unlocked now, but still was an unpleasant experience to begin with.
