Technical I cannot access my account anymore

I cannot access my account anymore due to me changing my email address & phone number that were connected to the account, i need help with them being removed bc i cant authenticate my account nor can i log in bc i have moved about 10kms away & my ip changed, which has lead to my account being lost, please help, i have spent a bit of money on my account & dont want to lose it ://////
