Pandaria Why half of my characters are grayed out and i cant log in them?

My problem is about Frostwolf, the Pandaria server.

Why half of my characters are grayed out and i cant log in them? From like 10 characters, only 3 are playable, the other ones cant be logged in :(

Why did that happen? Is it because I didn't play too much or often? I had full gear on all of them, its a shame if I lost them ;/

What do you mean greyed out? Can you provide a screenshot?

This is how it looks ;/ They got no names, I cant log in at all. It crashes the game or never loads. The first 3 work fine. Its like they deleted them or something. Or removed the names on them, so the game doesn't let me in without a name?

Click enter world, enter a name you want, and you can play them again.

Names were removed due to long period of inactivity.

Inactivity Cleanup and Gold Squish for a healthier economy

Cut paste your cache folder elsewhere (or delete it) and see if you can enter the characters then.

This did the trick! Thanks a ton! Before deleting the cache, the game was instantly crashing to desktop as soon as I enter one of these. Now it asks me to rename them (after a disconnect and re-entering the game)
