Technical Buy an item on store on the wrong character

I just spend 23 coin for a weapon on the wrong character, i would like to know if it is possible to exchange the item between my 2 characters.
The item is : Glorenzelg, High Blade of the Silver Hand
I bouth it on Tavieilledar instead of Tonvieuxdar.

in this way you get coins back, so you can spend them again on the right character

Open a Support ticket in this link https://www.warmane.com/account/support. If the item fits the criteria to be eligible for a refund, such as being acquired within the last 24 hours, you will have an option for Item Misbuy and can select the item to ask for the Coins to be refunded.
