If you got banned for "Bot Network", logout and log back in the website. That should fix it.
If you got banned for other reason: Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason!

Thank you so much! I've encountered the same issue just now. The last time (about 2 weeks ago) I got banned for the same reason, and I had to post an email to Warmane support to get my accounts unbanned which has taken about 2-3 hours to get it done. Now I've just logged out and in on Warmane website and the ban is gone. Thanks <3

What to do if when you contact [email protected], you are not given a solution and neither does "relog on the website" work? I see in the pages of this thread that several say that "relog" on the website, but sometimes it doesn't work for me. any idea or solution?

Same here, didnt play for like 1 year due to bad internet, but now even with a new ISP i cant log in, someone told me I was unlucky and got a banned IP so i asked my isp for an ip change, twice, both times i got instantly banned for networking at the very first second i tried to log in
Its not an account thing, because if i try to log with this "Username: a - Password: a" says the same, account locked but can be unlocked
Here is what i tried:
_phone internet --- logs in
_old internet --- logs in
_my friend with my account --- logs in
_fresh new wow -- locked
_IP change -- locked
_website relog -- locked
when i got the suspended status for the first time, reloging in the website changed the status to "in good standing" for all IPs but the game still says locked account
If anyone has an answer for this or something new to try please reply this message

Second time my account is locked saying because of Bot Network and I HAVE NEVER USED BOT IN THIS ACCOUNT EVER. Is it going to be like this every now and then? Or only paying users don't get this kind of hassle? Forgive me for being rather blunt.... but this is a real hassle locking my account when I don't have any violations sirs. And I think it would be ridiculous if I would have to keep unlocking my account every now and then.

pls Mrs. Admin, I think there are too many people going through the same situation as me, and nothing solves this for us, please could you study the matter and provide a solution to all of us, until now my account always said "good status" and I have already 4 days or 5 days, without being able to enter the game

My account is locked and can be unlocked
Well, recently I tried logging into my account and it says it's blocked, maybe it's because I tried to change the email, but even so, I still have access to the original email on the account, the email I used to register there, I couldn't find any way to send an email to warmane, I couldn't send any tickets either, only when I try to enter the game, it says that my account is blocked and can be unlocked

Multiple accounts got banned for BotNetwork several times in past few weeks, had to write ticket to unban it (automatic unban via website was introduced later I guess), now same account banned for "Violating ToS". I cannot make another ticket because 30 days have not passed yet. And every topic I read mods reply "there are no false positives" and "there is always a reason for ban". Great support.
IP bans are obsolete, you should ban people by operating system, 99% of cheaters use Windows.

i don't know what to do but it happened again like 2 days ago but then i was unlocked after i writed to support and Smyth replied to me
Your IP Address (hidden) has been suspended for 12 months 4 days due to Too many bans registered on IP
2nd ban reason is violating of tos, what is this?
