1. Account email changed, the original one is still "in-use". Need clearance.

    Dear Staff,
    I have changed my account e-mail but my previous and first email is still in-use according to the website because I cannot register another account with it. The reason is that I will abandon this account but still need the email to create a new one, another, unused email will not do. Could you please check if it's a bug and lay a helping hand?
