Lordaeron Can't Connect to Any Realm Exept Icecrown realm.

after almost a year dealing with Authenticating Freezing and stuck in connection for ~5 min every time that i login to the game,
Now i keep getting disconnect after that famous 5 min waiting in Authenticating, some times randomly i can get pass authenticating but stuck again in character selecting screen where i must connect to my last played realm, but i stuck there with "connected" message showing on my screen and after 1-2 min i get disconnect from the server.
Now here is the point: if i luckily get pass authenticating after dozens of tries and reach to character screen, i can cancel frozen "connected" message and then realm list selecting page appears which from there i can enter to icecrown realm without any problem, but sadly i don't play there i play in "Lordaeron" & "Frostmourne" realms.
maybe this helps you identify the problem and hopefully solve it for us so once again we can play and have some fun and joy.
PS: everyone in my region have this issue.(Iran)

Iran has probably blocked the IP address of Icecrown, nothing the server can do about it.

You didn't even Read my post, i Said i can connect to icecrown , i can't connect to ANY Other Realm brside Icecrown.
for god sake it's in the title clearly...

me too, i'm coming back to WOW after many years and dont have free time for leveling and wanted to join blackrock, but i can't connect to realms other than icecrown.
i love pure pvp, but because im in iran i can't connect to other realms.
i wanted to ask that is it possible to connect to other realms through vpn or other things like pingpass or godping or .... (iranian would understand)?
please share your experience.
