Mail problem

i sent some gold from my alt account to my main and bought with it matts and crafted stuff, when i sent them back to my alt acc, they didn't get sent, i have no mail on my alt, also when i sent gold back from my main to my alt the gold was sent but matts didn't

ps: my warrior is the char i sent gold to to make matts (tyfonixe) and my alt cunbex is my rogue that i need matts in and haven't recieved the mail yet
ps2: i'm using an addon called postal for mail it works perfect and its updated, i hit the reply button on the mail panel and put matts there and sent.

It takes one hour for mail with items to arrive between accounts.
