Hello, yesterday, I bought Juggernaut Vitality(HC) instead of Solace of the Fallen(HC)(missclick) on my priest. I tried to use in game ticket and was told to use Support system but due to not having any banned character, system didnt let me use that. I didnt touchthe item. It is still in my mailbox untouched. How can i change or refund it (better cause it seem i couldnt use my new year code apperantly also). Ingame Nickname: Soulsilencer
