WotLK cant turn in wintergrasp quests on icecrown

so my char was on the season 1 and transferred to ice crown, well ever since the honor quests have been bugged. i can only turn in the ones that are vendors like bowyer but not the other ones because they have no yellow ? on their head but the quest is done.... last time to fix this i had to abandon the quests and redo them and it happened again this time... please help

It bugs out after you win or lose the WG. NPCs change positions so it bugs out. You can abandon and retake the quest and you will be able to finish it.

They are not daily, they are weekly
