hello. I had 24 coins in this account here, I sent + 8 coins from another account to this one. I went to try to buy gold on the site, the site is telling me to wait 72 hours to gift or buy gold...

being that I already had 2-factor authentication on both accounts.

it's saying that I don't have coins unlocked for this transaction when I have 30 coins. that's right 30 coins, not points. these are coins!!!!!!
I even tried to buy gold for 5 coins 4 coins it won't work at all!

coins gained via gift or trade are called "locked coins". This means that for the first 72 hours they can be used ONLY on Store/Service
After 72 coins they become normal coins usable everywhere.

That is why you are not able to spend those coins yet on Trade to buy gold.

Maybe you could buy the gold with your original account -> then send the gold to the character on second account via mailbox
