hi is there any alternative solution this? i have tried everything from sign in and off from the website as well as to reset router for few minutes. it's really an obnoxious having this kind of logging problem xd

Hi, Warmane community.

I'm kinda new to actually posting on the forums, or any forums for that matter, until I logged in today and saw this interesting message (attached).

I have not been playing on Warmane for a couple months due to storage issues on my 8 year old laptop.

I really wanna play, but I have to constantly uninstall some software to make room, play for a couple weeks, then remove WoW and re-install the software previously removed as I now need them.

I digress.

My account got this message when I logged in today. Could someone kindly walk me through how this may have happened?

I was trying to get back into warmane but the servers are acting stupid. I logged in and played for a few hours and then when I logged back out and then back in I got that message "Account is locked but can be unlocked" I have googled high and low for a fix and nothing works so I am trying this. The only thing I can possibly think of is that its because I am using my cell phones hotspot to connect with but it let me play for a few hours earlier.

Anyone have a fix for this? Any help is appreciated!

Im receiving message "Account locked but can be unlocked" when I connect to my phones hotspot. When I connect back to my home Wifi i do not have this issue. I travel often and would like to continue to play on my hotspot if possible. I couldnt find a place to contact GMs on the website so hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
