NPC missing in Orgrim's Hammer (Icecrown)

Hello,
The NPC Koltira Deathweaver seems not present on Orgrim's Hammer. Any explanations ?
He's necessary to start the nights of the Ebon Blade reputation ^^

Probably on gound under the Orgrim's Hammer?

/target Koltira
then try a keybind "interact with object", see if that lets you to talk to him (near him and where he should be on the ship).

/Targeting Koltira aboard the ship won't let you target him. I'm guessing he's been attacked, thus moved to a spot and got stuck there. Suppose reseting his position should solve the issue.
