I've (aghanim ingame name) tried to gift some coins to my friend ingame name Mirei. but system is keep saying you have exceeded the threshold of sending gifts.

The system isn't broken, it's functioning as it should.
Make a support ticket, and ask if they'll allow the gifting to go through.

Dude i created so many characters and sell them after they are full bis, and playing again new char from beginning, and so on over and over. Coins that i earned i gifted to my friends and guildies as a reward for efforts or progress or simply kindness, and now i cannot send gifts anymore. OK, no problem but at least they need to inform community about changes on site. I have 204 coins that i will never use for myself bcs i love to gearing new chars and also cannot send them to anybody. Once more if i knewed about this, i would never sold my character at first...

Create a ticket here on site, ask for manual gift transfer. Or at least they will tell you exactly how to get it done.
