Technical Master of Elixers - Can't Start Old Hillsbrad Quest

I am trying to gain access to Black Morass for the Alchemy quest. I finished the masters lair, then got the tour around the caverns of time. I talked with Andormu and got a quest. But at the time it was too tough for me and no one was free to assist. At some point I abandoned the quest, without thinking about it. But I am at a point to give it another go. However, Andormu has no quest for me, neither does the dragon at the start of the cavern, or anyone else in the caverns. I walked around with search for low level quests on. I tried just entering the different dungeons but one said I had to be in a raid, one said I needed the time keepers key, another said I needed the time keepers key and had to have completed a quest. The last was Strathholme, which let me in, but there was no quest around that I saw.

Is there someway I can move this quest forward so I can complete the alchemy quest?

Andormu or the dragon aren't supposed to give you any quests from what I can see.

You can go do Potion Master or Transmutation Master quest instead (transmutation is really easy, just bring 4 primal mights to a dude in netherstorm). Then you talk to the npc again to abandon that spec for 150g and go to the elixir mastery npc to learn it.

I never bother with elixir mastery questline because you need to be either a decently geared 80 or get someone to help, do two dungeons and spend a bunch of gold on the elixirs needed for the quest. Its better to do potion/transmutation master and switch.
