WotLK I have been Hacked!

Greetings everyone! I'm Enkzholy on Icecrown realm. On my account logged some other IP adress which is not my. I got so many disconnects in Icecrown Citadel so i though something goes wrong with server but after that i checked my website account and saw different IP Adress. I have Two factor authentication on my account. But I didn't received the mail that is someone trying change my password or anything. I can't log in anymore anywhere. I have screenshots of my IP Adress + the guy IP adress which stolen my account. Have screenshot of character. Have email's from donates. My rank was Contributor ( 200euro ). Have every informations about my account email, Name, Password with every screenshot. I have made even ticket in game before i got disconnected. I never shared my account informations. Please help me. Thanks in advance !

The only way for what you're describing to happen is if you only had 2fa active on the webpage and didn't turn it on in-game. An in-game ticket won't do anything, the only reply you will receive will be telling you to properly open a Support ticket on the website or to contact Support by email with [email protected].

Got it back by second email because that guy got in to my first email somehow and changed passwords on all. I changed all and have all security but still i'm afraid. Now i didn't lost anything but if someone do that again and if i'm not playing.

I got from many friends irl and guild that they got attacked on email too. Something is going on down there. Believe we need increase security if it's possible.
