    Ashen Verdict vendor BUG

    Hello Basically i bought char 80 lvl for 30 coins with exalted The Ashen Verdict Reputation. my friend told me that i can get a ring with this reputation we went to the vendor but i could buy anything can't even open the npc. Can someone help ?!
