WotLK Losed characters

Hello
I will back to game, but I saw my characters was gone.
I transfered them from Frostmourne s2 in 2022. Can you restore them?
I think my Alishya is above 30 lvl.

If your characters met the criteria for cleanup removal, they are permanently removed.

Otherwise, check your character restoration options or make a ticket/email to find out why your characters are gone. Check your account history(maybe someone accessed your account). Make sure your characters are not waiting for rename(actually log in game with them, not just here on website).

Its that problem, I'm not seeing my characters in game, on the website too. I cant restoration characters in services, because here is gone too.
Nobody has my access to account. Its character on 30-40 level, I don't understand why somebody could hack my account to it deleted. I think that is problem with data base server.

How can I write an email to somebody who can help me?

If it was removed due to inactivity cleanup, don't waste your and everyone elses time. Those characters are GONE, permanently, you will not get them back. It's not going to happen, no matter what you say or how many emails you write. The end.

IF there was a mistake, your characters were excluded from cleanup(you logged them ingame since designated date or your account is premium), then you write an email/ticket.
