Site Voting Points item received on the wrong character

Hello,
I bought Comet's Trail from shop with Voting Points for my rogue Assasinu - horde side wich is not level 80 yet, but i received the item in the mail of my main character from the account the level 80 mage - Blowfrost, alliance side.

I opened a ticked ingame about it , and the answer was that customer support is not solving this type of issues.
So can it be solved? since i'm sure 100% i selected the right character since it's not the first time buying with Voting Points
