Site Missing characters from Frostmourne S2 - cannot transfer to ICC

Hello,

Regarding the restart and deletion of all characters on Frostmourne. I'm trying right now to transfer all my characters from the Frostmourne Realm into the Icecrown, only that in the "Services" tab, I cannot find my characters listed under Frostmourne S2, equating to no possibility of transfering my characters into Icecrown.

One weird issue, that I see is that even though my characters are not listed under Frostmourne S2, they are listed under "normal" Frostmourne. Problem is that in the "normal" Frostmourne Realm, I'm missing the Realm Transfer button.

I don't want to have my characters deleted on the end of this Frostmourne Season, how/what can I do to make sure this doesn't happen?

when the current season ends (which is Frostmourne-Season3), you will be able to move them to icecrown.
