Technical Coins with didn't arrived

I bought 30 coins one and half hour ago but they didn't arrive. Note says that it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. I'm worried.

Make sure it didn't get help up by your bank, paymentwall or something.

Money went off my bank account and still coins didn't arrived

Often paymentwall holds it as "suspicious" and then they ask nudes to prove your id. Make sure it's not that, then open a ticket here or email warmane.

Emailing Warmane wouldn't possibly help yet.

The money goes from Bank/card -> Terminal3 -> Warmane.

I would start with contacting Terminal3 via donation window's "HELP". If T3 states that the money has gone through, then you'd need to contact Warmane.
