I thought he is talking about someone sitting under textures and sending pet to kill NPCs or something like that. Turns out this guy wants devs to make NPCs immortal, because he cant be bothered to play the game.

From what i uderstood he means people going behind the wall in stormwind, to get there i think you need to use an exploit to clip through the city walls.
