Problems regarding disconnects

I just wanna ask the community before I make a bug report. Am I the only one who experiences disconnects the first 30 seconds or so after I log into the game recently? Sometimes it doesn't happen, sometimes it happens once, sometimes it happens like four times in a row.

The character does not seem to be stuck in game, because I can log in right away, and this only happens very soon after logging in. I've never had any issues with disconnects in all the years I've been playing here, but I've gotten a lot of these sorts of disconnects recently.

I've experienced the same thing lately. At first, I thought it had something to do with my VPN but after disabling it, I'd still get kicked off. It subsides eventually but it's really annoying.
