WotLK i get illegal ban for ninjalooting

in group in dungeon our paty get items to tank. i be fdk. before roll of items i ask tank and that need he that item or nor. he told in partyt chat that NO cose he have better items. after his answer i push @need@ on roll. why i be bunned????????????
in paty vs us be furywarrior. he always push @not refuse@ and says that i ninja, but its not true . Other players in party says that all ok. if tank dont need it item i can roll it, cose i can get items for 2nd spec.

You're banned because it isn't up to the tank or part of the group to decide. Every single member of the group has to agree with it.

PS: The screenshots you posted, now breaking Forum rules, just confirm it. The person even tells you the same I wrote above.
