smelt dark iron quest

the quest that teaches dark iron smelting seems to be only completable one time. so if i complete the quest, unlearn mining and relearn it later, then i wont be able to do the quest again or does relearning mining make the quest completable again?

Hi, looked on Wowhead comment about that, i found something that should answer your question:

"If you delete Mining to learn an another craft, and after that you decide to re-learn Mining, the tribute is considered to be payed once and for all, means he'll give you Dark Iron smelting free of charge."
