Dude " the progressive Vanilla-TBC-WoTLK realm, with an official beta coming this summer."
There are few months until beta and probably several until release. This realm is far far away, so anything at this point would be a speculation. Nevertheless, I think it will have similar or same scheme to the FM one. - As items have been acquired in game they will appear on shop as well.

that would suck if they are allowed from day 1. Then I guess i will skip and find a new server. ty for info
