First of all, your upload speed being 0 has nothing to do with you not being able to download the client.
Second, the magnet link on the download page works fine. I clicked it, my qBittorrent opens up, I start the download task and in a matter of 3-4-5 seconds the client already discovers seeders and starts downloading from them. Give it some time to actually discover and connect to seeders - people who have downloaded the client and are currently seeding it. If nothing happens for a while, the problem is on your end or your ISPs.
Alternatively, you can try my mega link: https://mega.nz/folder/klkUgayB#4uy6l0nKCl2Vx0yO_v42yw
Same exact 3.3.5a client warmane offers, only I've added two folders containing:
1. Large Address Aware - you must apply it to wow.exe.
2. Visual C++ and DirectX redistributable packs - install the respective runtime if you have issues with either/both of them.
